COVID-19:
At Father Christmas, our customer’s health is our Number 1 priority. To combat the virus, we are using UV light to clean and scan our merchandise and our counters. If we ship a product to you, rest assured the merchandise will be sterilized with UV light. We are using a UV light machine that will disinfect our money, pens and masks. We will provide an area where you may use our hand sanitizers. We will follow the mask recommendations from the City Government of Seguin.

Terms and conditions:
Father Christmas Shop has the right to add, remove or change portions of the terms and conditions at any given time.

Pricing of our Merchandise
All pricing is done in United States currency and we cannot accept foreign currency as payment.

International Shipping:
Father Christmas Shop, at this time, cannot ship merchandise out of the country.

Purchases and Returns:
Returns of merchandise are accepted in the original sell-able condition within 14 days of purchase for full refund, not including shipping or handling charges. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on all returned merchandise. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original cash register receipt.

Closeout or 50% off Items:
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on closeout or 50% off merchandise. These items are sold at deep discounts and therefore we cannot accept any returns nor shall we refund any shipping cost.

Payment by Credit Card:
When ordering merchandise, payment must be made at the time of the purchase with one of the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Credits must be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. When using a credit card you are representing that you are the authorized cardholder of the card. By using the card you are bound by the terms and conditions of the card issuer, with authority to create a binding contract for the sale.

Sales Tax:
All sales shipped within Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax on total (including Shipping). Orders shipped out-of-state are not assessed sales tax.

Shipping:
**Most items will be delivered via FEDEX or the United Stated Postal Service.

Some items that we carry exceed size or weight restrictions set by freight companies and cost considerably more to ship. In addition to regular delivery charges, a surcharge will be added to each oversized item to cover the additional shipping cost. Depending on the price of fuel some carriers will also add a fuel surcharge. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to higher shipping charges.
